ACES GOLF OUTING HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO SATURDAY, JUNE 16, 2018.
THE COURSE AT BLUE FOX RUN IS CALLING!
The Aces for Kids Golf Outing supports the Advanced Cancer Program at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center and has become one of the largest golf fundraisers on our calendar! We need your help to continue the Aces for Kids legacy of supporting the most comprehensive patient-centered program in the region.
Connecticut Children’s Advanced Cancer Program provides access to state-of-the-art therapies for patients with resistant or recurring cancers. For patients seeking hope in a new treatment, we provide options close to home. In addition to using today’s most advanced technology. Connecticut Children’s is working to define tomorrow’s innovation through vigorous research and exploring new treatments and cures.
For over fifteen years’ friends from the community, business leaders and volunteers have teamed up to make a difference in the fight against cancer. Together we have raised almost $800,000. With your help, all children with advanced and difficult-to-treat cancers will receive the specialized care they need and deserve.
The Aces for Kids Golf Outing was launched in 2002 by Glen Greenberg at Turbine Controls Inc. (TCI). Now, 16 years later, Glen’s passion and commitment to helping children with this devastating disease has inspired Barnes Aerospace. As a formidable presence in the aerospace manufacturing industry, Barnes Aerospace has taken the reins of Aces for Kids, with a goal to raise $100,000 this year.
We are grateful for the opportunity to carry on this tradition and raise crucial funds for children and families at the Medical Center. We deeply appreciate your commitment to these kids through your participation in the Aces for Kids Golf Outing.
