Host a Fundraiser
Fundraisers are an important part of the philanthropic support that Connecticut Children’s receives each year. Whether you have your own personal connection to Connecticut Children’s, are paying tribute to a family member, friend or colleague, or simply want to get your friends together to have a great time – hosting an individual or team fundraiser to benefit Connecticut Children’s is a wonderful way to share our mission and vision with the community.
Virtual fundraising and community events:
Golf events, runs, walks, dance marathons, dinners, bake sales, lemonade stands, plant sales…and so much more! This is a great way to engage people who are not able to attend your event and those outside of your immediate network.
Birthdays, Bat/Bar Mitzvahs, engagement parties, weddings, showers, retirement, completion of treatment and more are all occasions for joy and celebration — and they can also be an opportunity to support Connecticut Children’s. Invite guests to make a donation to Connecticut Children’s in lieu of gifts or you could make a donation in honor of your guests.
Ready to get started?
Head over to our Create Your Own Fundraiser page to register today! A Foundation representative will follow-up with you to confirm your registration within 48 hours. Completion of the registration process does not ensure approval. You will be contacted if further information is need. If you prefer to complete your submission offline, please download our Event Proposal Form.
- Individual/online-only fundraisers are encouraged to register online when they are ready and can start fundraising immediately.
- Larger-scale community events or team/group fundraisers are asked to submit the online registration at least eight (8) weeks prior to the proposed first day of the fundraiser, as these will require more time for design and approval of promotional materials. If you are unable to meet this deadline, please contact Connecticut Children’s Medical Center Foundation at 860.837.5700 or via email at email@example.com.
