Thank you to everyone who generously invested in Connecticut Children's mission to provide expert pediatric care where children live and when families need it most, regardless of their ability to pay. Of the funds raised from this weekend's Hybrid Gala, more than $204,000 was raised as part of our Bid for Kids live appeal in support of the new Hybrid Operating Room.

What Your Funds Support

The 2021 Hybrid Gala proceeds benefit the Greatest Need Children’s Fund, allowing Connecticut Children’s to address the immediate physical, social and emotional health needs of children, while also fueling research and paving paths for brighter futures.

This year’s Bid for Kids appeal will support the Hybrid Catheterization Operating Room (Hybrid OR). This state-of-the-art facility will combine real-time imaging with surgical capabilities and be the only pediatric Hybrid OR in the region. The Hybrid OR will serve as an important resource for our expert physicians and surgeons, as they work to provide the absolute best outcomes for each of the children in their care.
