The “Spirit of Children” campaign brings fun and fundraising together this Halloween. Funds raised will support Child Life programs at Connecticut Children’s in an effort to make the hospital environment less scary for children and their families. “Spirit of Children” is offering 10% off to all customers with a coupon, and this coupon also will earn Connecticut Children’s 10% from that sale at participating Spirit of Children stores. Funds will be directed toward Connecticut Children’s Medical Center’s Division of Child and Family Support Services.

Crayons for Cancer funds are raised by selling recycled, molded crayons to replenish Oncology Family Assistance Funds. Their mission is to be passionately committed to helping ease the financial burden on families while teaching children the value of helping others. They accomplish this with support from the local community through the donation of used crayons, crayon parties to prepare the crayons and by selling the crayons online and at local businesses.
