Back East Brewing Company 8 County Tap Takeover

Back East Brewing Company is hosting a fundraiser, the “8 County Tap Takeover,” during the month of September to support the efforts of Connecticut Children’s Medical Center and its ongoing fight against pediatric cancer. During September – Childhood Cancer Awareness Month – Back East Brewing will pour pints and flights of beer from eight Connecticut breweries, representing all eight counties! Back East Brewing will donate $1 for every pint and flight of these beers sold during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.

Customers are welcome to visit the taproom Thursdays from 4 to 8 pm, Fridays from 4 to 8 pm, and Saturdays from 12 to 4 pm. Craft beer from the “8 County Tap Takeover” will be available while supplies last.

Their mission is to be passionately committed to helping ease the financial burden on families while teaching children the value of helping others. All proceeds from Connecticut crayons benefit the Oncology Family Assistance Fund at Connecticut Children’s.
